Lifeguard – Swim Instructor Positions
The City of Veneta is accepting applications for Lifeguards and Swim Instructors for the Veneta Community Pool's 2012 season which runs from June 16 through August 31. Regular duties may include lifeguarding, swim instruction, pool and building maintenance, and working the front counter. Work hours will vary from 10 to 35 hours a week including weekend, evening, split, and day shifts.

Minimum requirements: Lifeguarding Certification & CPR/AED/ First Aid for the professional rescuer must be obtained prior to hire. Preference may be given to those with Water Safety Instruction Certified (WSI). Must be 16 years or older to apply. Applications will be accepted through May 11, 2012, 5:00 p.m. However, positions will be filled as applications are received.
